Terms and Conditions for Car Show

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
   • Vehicles must be registered and insured.
2. Registration:
   • All participants must complete the registration form and pay the registration fee by the specified deadline.
   • Registration fees are non-refundable.
3. Vehicle Requirements:
   • Vehicles must be in good working condition.
   • Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicles comply with all local laws and regulations.
4. Event Rules:
   • Participants must follow all instructions from event staff.
   • No reckless driving or behavior will be tolerated.
   • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only.

6. Photography and Media:
   • Participants consent to having their vehicles photographed and used in promotional materials.
   • No unauthorized commercial photography is allowed.
7. Cancellation:
   • The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
   • Participants will be notified of any changes via email.
8. Code of Conduct:
   • Participants must behave respectfully towards other attendees and staff.
   • Any form of harassment or discrimination will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
9. Special Accommodations:
   • Participants requiring special accommodations must notify the organizers in advance.
10. Agreement:
    • By registering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
