Liability Release

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators by the execution of this entry form, release and discharge The Gateway City Corvette Association, North Oaks Shopping Center, Simmons National Bank, and their official directors, employees, agents, representatives, and servants, and anyone else connected with management or presentation of the Gateway City Corvette, Associations, Annual Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and all from causes whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his/her person or property. Further, each entrants expressly agrees to identify all foregoing entities, firms, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned of resulting from conduct of entrants or any participants assisting or cooperating with entrant. Entrants agree that participation in any contest, games or activities may be limited and vehicles must be in a safe driving condition.
